Yango Group is a global tech company connecting urban services — rides, deliveries, shopping, entertainment —into one seamless digital ecosystem.

Operating in 30+ countries across Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, Yango sought to strengthen its employer brand and sharpen its voice on social media. They came to us to design a dedicated careers website and craft a visual identity for their digital communications.

Website

Our goal was to reflect the scale of a global corporation while maintaining the bold, fast-paced energy of a startup. To achieve this, we combined editorial techniques — high-contrast typography, grids, dynamic layouts, and negative space — with digital-native elements like rounded corners and glass-like surfaces. The interplay between display and body fonts created rhythm and structure. The result is a cohesive visual language that feels just as compelling on desktop as it does on mobile.

The homepage immerses visitors in Yango’s world, showcasing what drives the company and sets it apart. At the center is the team: candid photos, dynamic moments, and employee quotes highlight Yango’s open culture. The content flow is designed to quickly convey the services, values, and growth opportunities for prospective candidates.

For a global company like Yango, it’s essential that users see region-specific information about available services and open roles. That’s why the portal is fully integrated with Yango’s internal HR system. Managers can create positions, assign them to specific regions, and the listings appear automatically on the site. This seamless integration simplifies the job search and makes it easier for candidates to connect with opportunities.

Photography

The photography style is carefully outlined in detailed guidelines. Openness and team spirit come through in close-ups and natural, unposed moments. Instead of staged shots, real interactions take center stage. The use of flash adds energy to each frame, highlighting Yango’s dynamic spirit — a blend of authenticity, drive, and boldness.

Visual Language

The visual language for social media builds on the principles established for the careers website. Clean typography, high-contrast accents, and translucent panels create a modern, dynamic look — highlighting Yango’s tech-savvy edge and openness.

We provided a variety of post templates along with a detailed style guide. To emphasize Yango’s translocality, we also designed several sticker packs. Each one reflects the company’s approach: adapting global practices to local contexts. Regional uniqueness is brought to life through stickers featuring country flags and names.

Special Projects

Within the established visual system, we developed identities for several special projects.

For Yango’s corporate program Around the World, we introduced a fresh color palette and used the airplane window shape as a metaphor—symbolizing expanded horizons and connections across countries.

For the identity of Yango’s internal learning program Yangoversity, we introduced bold patterns and a custom sticker pack to match.

For both special projects, we designed a range of assets and developed style guides to ensure a consistent visual language across all materials.
